Service Description

I conduct two prenatal visits to cater to the needs and preferences of expectant parents, offering information on pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum care, birth plan assistance, and emotional support. I have written a prenatal workbook for my clients as a guide during our prenatal visits that also include short activities for families to do on their own time. I am also available for 24/7 phone support. During labor, I provide continuous calming presence, pain management techniques, gentle touch, aromatherapy, and emotional support. Immediate postpartum assistance is offered, followed by a scheduled postnatal visit. Postnatal visits are personalized to your pace, focusing on birth experience, feeding progress, well-being, and a postpartum gift.
